The complete Tai Chi system includes etiquette, stretching, Chan Ssu Jin (Silk Reeling Exercises), Yow Jin (Waist Training), Form and Posture Work, Standing Meditation, Push Hands, Fan, and Swords – Saber and Jin.
Tai Chi classes will teach you “meditation in movement” along with exercises designed to massage the internal organs (liver, intestines, stomach, spleen, kidneys, etc.). Tai Chi also helps to create a better sense of balance and to provide more flexibility for the spine while stretching tendons and muscles in the arms and legs.
