The complete Tai Chi system includes etiquette, stretching, Chan Ssu Jin (Silk Reeling Exercises), Yow Jin (Waist Training), Form and Posture Work, Standing Meditation, Push Hands, Fan, and Swords – Saber and Jin.
Tai Chi classes will teach you “meditation in movement” along with flowing exercises designed to massage the 5 internal organ systems (liver-gall bladder, heart-small intestine, spleen-stomach, lungs-large intestine, kidney-bladder). Tai Chi may help to create a better sense of balance, promote improved blood circulation, provide more flexibility for the spine while stretching tendons, ligaments, and muscles in the arms and legs.
