Sifu JC (MMQ) is a 5-time International Grand Champion and has been passionately studying Qigong and Tai Chi (Tai Chi Chuan) for over 20 years. He trains under Grand Master Dashi Steven Baugh from the Lohan School of Shaolin and has extensive experience in multiple disciplines. JC furthered his education at the International College of Medical Qigong and is now a Medical Qigong Master.
He teaches traditional forms of Tai Chi, including both Yang and Chen Styles, as well as various Qigong practices such as Ba Duan Jin (Eight Pieces of Brocade), Silk Weaving, the 5 Elements, Cloud Hands, Massage Qigong, the 6 Healing Sounds, Meditation, the Iron Body 108 Day Practice, Golden Bell, and Taoist Arts. Sifu JC specializes in Medical Qigong Therapy and offers private one-on-one lessons.
